WHERE TO BOOK

Three Sixty Five Tours Pvt Ltd offers customized package tours to various destinations. You can currently book your tour at our office at Three Sixty Five Tours Pvt Ltd, 11/1 Mahalinga Chetty Street Mahalingapuram Chennai 600034 or authorised travel agents / tour operators appointed by us. Alternatively if you reside outside Chennai then kindly contact our office at 044 42139344/45 or email us at 365tours@gmail.com. We will send you the application form and other necessary details required for your trip.

ELIGIBILITY

Persons fulfilling the criteria set by relevant provisions of law relating to foreign exchange in India and R. B. I. Rules, whose passport is valid for at least six months subsequent to the date of departure of the tour and have been granted relevant visas to reach the point of commencement of the tour and travel throughout the tour are eligible to book on the tour.

BOOKING TIME

At the time of booking you must be in possession of original passport(s) valid for travel. You are urged to read complete details of the tour, itinerary, price inclusions, exclusions, terms and conditions etc in the brochure before filling and signing the official Booking Form. On payment of the full non-refundable tour amount mentioned, official receipt and Invoice will be sent to you in 7 working days at the address mentioned by you in the application form. The Booking Form, Invoice and the Receipt shall be binding on the parties and shall constitute a contract between the parties. All payments should be made in full atleast 30 days before the date of departure.

All payments for the tour should be made in favour of Three Sixty Five Tours Pvt Ltd payable at Chennai.


PROCESS TIME

Once we receive your payments and the duly filled in application form we would require 7 working days to process your application for the tour. This is required factoring the your payment clearing time and holidays.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

It is your responsibility to hold valid travel documents such as Passport, Visa, and confirmed Air ticket to be able to travel. Your passport should be valid for a period of at least 6 months from the date of travel and for visa it is mandatory other than countries where visa is issued on arrival. It is convenient and safe to have the application/s to Consulates / Authorities routed through us. However, for certain visas, you may be required to attend personal interview at your expense at the discretion of the consulate concerned.

Please check with the outlet where you book if there is sufficient time to process the visa for the departure date chosen by you. You will be required to submit along with your application a set of documents as mentioned in the documentation checklist given to you at the time of booking. The Company would not be responsible in any way for any clerical error regarding names, attachment of wrong photographs, duration, type of visa (single/ multiple entry) that may occur in the consulate/ embassy. Please note that as it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulates /Authorities to grant/ reject your visa and immigration clearance. We shall neither be responsible for non-granting of visa nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act/omission or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom. Further the company should not be held liable in case of loss of documents given by you to us in support of your visa application as the same were forwarded by us to the concerned consulate/ embassy through third parties. In such case we will make our best efforts to trace the lost documents and if still the same are not traceable we will assist you in obtaining alternative /certified copies of the thus lost documents from concerned authorities.

The cost of processing visas is not included unless notified under a particular tour in your tour price. Even if visa/s are rejected, the stipulated service charges of the Company shall be payable by you.


BASIC TRAVEL QUOTA

Under the present guidelines of RBI, all residents holding Indian passports are entitled to avail an amount not exceeding US$ 10,000 or its equivalent per person in one calendar year for one or more private / leisure visits under the Basic Travel Quota (BTQ). However the traveler cannot avail in excess of US$ 2,000 or its equivalent by way of cash component.

It is at your discretion to avail the foreign exchange component of the tour cost from under your Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) entitlement from any authorized dealer personally known to you.

AMENDMENTS

After the full payment on a particular tour and relative services, in the event of any amendment you wish to make; such as change of destination, change of departure date, addition or deletion of services, change in passenger numbers or such other change you will need to make a written request and obtain an acknowledgment on the same from our office. The amendments may invite further cost which will have to be borne by you. Further such requests are accepted by us subject to availability.

HANDOVER OF DOCUMENTS

After receipt of your full and final payment, you will be delivered our docket containing your original passport, air ticket/s, hotel confirmation voucher/s and all such documents that are required for the trip. The passenger traveling should come personally to our office to collect the above docket or the company will hand over the docket to you a person authorized by you by way of your letter to collect it on your behalf. Under no circumstances the company will send the docket by courier to passengers residing in Chennai.

AIRLINE "CHANGE IN RESERVATION FEE"

It is absolutely necessary to have your return air seats to India confirmed prior to your departure from India. Passengers wishing to change their return reservations to India after departure will have to pay "Change in Reservation Fee" directly to the airline, subject to availability of seats in the same booking class. This fee could range from US$ 75 to US$ 150 per person depending upon the airline.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you want to cancel your tour booking for any reason, you must intimate in writing to the Company and deliver it to the concerned officer you are dealing with at the sales outlet where you booked and obtain an acknowledgment. The letter must clearly mention the names of all passengers who want their bookings to be cancelled. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reached the Company at its sales office. In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charges would apply:

29-23 days before the date of departure 10% of the total tour cost
22 to 15 days prior to the departure of the Tour 20% of the total tour cost
14 days to 7 days prior to the departure of the Tour 40% of the total tour cost
6 days to 2 days before the departure date 50% of the total tour cost
One day or no show 100% of the total tour cost

Further for the purpose of this clause, cancellation can be due to any reason whatsoever including the reason of inability to participate due to any reason including illness, death, court orders, non-availability of travel documents etc. As per the Booking Conditions, we are constrained to levy the aforesaid Cancellation Charges in addition to the actual expenditure incurred towards visa, travel insurance, retaintion charges by overseas supplier etc.

Company reserves the right to cancel a tour departure without assigning any reason. Under such circumstances amount paid by you will be refunded forthwith after deducting the actual expenses incurred by us like visa etc.

REFUNDS

Refunds (if any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to you by our office. It would take 15 days to process refunds. In cases where an airline ticket is issued, it would take 60 days to process the refund subject to clearance from the airlines concerned. In case of refund of Foreign Currency component, the refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only at the prevailing rate on the date of refund as per existing Rules and regulations.

It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if you do not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc due to any reason whatsoever.
